Our stay at Le Meridien Hangzhou, Binjiang was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and well-designed with a stunning bathroom. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel's location near the river and metro station made it convenient to explore the city. The swimming pool was perfect for both kids and adults, and the staff went above and beyond to locate a lost item for us. we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We verbleven in een toplocatie, met alles in de buurt. We konden gemakkelijk naar de haven wandelen en de levendige winkelstraten waren om de hoek. Het hotel lag vlakbij een rustig park, ideaal om even te ontspannen. Onze kamer, badkamer en service waren uitstekend. Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was een groot pluspunt. Gelukkig konden we genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de stad richting de zee. Het zwembad op het dak was een fijne faciliteit.

Het enige minpunt was dat er te weinig ligbedjes waren bij het zwembad.

The hotel's location is convenient with a metro station just a short walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the popular West Lake by metro. There are also plenty of cheap eateries, a large supermarket, and a convenience store in the area. Rooms are impressive with spacious layouts, signature designs, and some nice touches such as complimentary fruit plates. the buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. the staff is highly commendable, providing topnotch service and going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

The premier lounge is limited in options.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the spacious and well-equipped rooms to the great swimming pool, everything was just perfect. We also loved the hotel's location near many dining and shopping options, with some restaurants, a supermarket, and a convenience store conveniently located right outside the hotel. Public transportation was also easily accessible, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more delightful. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from, including both Chinese and Western cuisine.

We had a nice room with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom that was well-cleaned. The breakfast options were quite extensive with a lot of healthy choices. The hotel had a lovely pool, which was great for a romantic escape. Plus, the location was ideal as it was close to many shopping stores and restaurants that offered good food.

We found the staff a little unenthusiastic and uninterested in helping us. the play area for kids was closed and we were not happy with the makeshift area that was put up instead.
